A New Way to Recover

Building on the same high-quality care families have trusted for 50 years, East Longmeadow’s brand-new short term rehabilitation and skilled nursing center houses more than 85,000 square feet of newly constructed space.

The new building includes all private rooms with specialty amenities, spa-like surroundings, and two state-of-the-art rehab gyms offering the latest in recovery technology.

The modern design incorporates natural lighting for a more welcoming, homelike atmosphere and offers a variety of inviting spaces for residents including a café, library, and courtyard with gazebo.

For those needing skilled Alzheimer’s and dementia care, our 20-unit, secure Life Enrichment memory care neighborhood provides a welcoming, familiar setting. You’ll find all the comforts of home with a family room, dining area, kitchenette, Café/activities room, and locked courtyard for enjoying the outdoors.

Take a virtual tour of our new facility.

New Assisted Living Memory Care Community Coming Soon

Now that the new building is complete, construction and renovation have begun to create a 20-bed Life Enrichment assisted living memory care community on our campus.

Opening later this year, the self-contained community will extend our person-centered care to those living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias who benefit from assisted living.

Our program will meet residents within their own world, following the habilitation model of memory care developed jointly by Dr. Paul Raia of the Alzheimer’s Association and Joanne Koenig Coste, Alzheimer’s advocate and author.
