We’re almost ready to welcome our residents! East Longmeadow’s brand-new, state-of-the-art rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility will open its doors to residents in April 2020. … and an inviting courtyard to take stroll and enjoy some fresh air.
We offer two state-of-the-art rehab gyms, with a dedicated team providing personalized physical and occupational therapy,
… a model apartment for residents to practice activities of daily living,
… including a kitchen to help residents get back to their best self,
… and a putting green so residents can have fun while engaging in beneficial therapy!
